Description: O-03-03 or One Sin and Hundreds of Good Deeds is an Abnormality that has taken the shape of a human skull with four large structures protruding from it in the shape of a cross. The abnormality also posesses a crown of thorns which constantly emits a bright light. O-03-03 has not been documented speaking although employees who have interracted with it report hearing voices in languages they cannot identify while working.
Whenever work is completed with O-03-03 and the maximum amount of Positive Enkephalin boxes generated it mends the mental state of all employees in the department.

Description revision by Angela: O-03-03 feeds on the "evil" that seeps out of people during conversations. The assigned employee must kneel before it (standing appears to be acceptable) and present their “evil” by confessing their sins to it. The way it feeds is unknown. The sins a person can confess have been catalogued into three levels.
Level 1: A small lie or action that can be shared in jest.
Level 2: Sins that are more serious and only shared with the closest of friends.
Level 3: Sins so profound that they cannot be shared with anyone. These will be taken to the grave.
